1. Authorised and responsible use
dFlow~IQ is intended for developers, operators and other professionals managing authorised technology environments. You must comply with all applicable laws, contracts, workplace policies and the rules of the systems and services you access. Obtain permission before connecting to any environment, testing configuration or processing data.
2. Prohibited use
You must not use the website or app to:
- access, scan, probe, disrupt or interfere with systems without authorisation;
- circumvent authentication, authorisation, rate limits or security controls;
- transmit malware, destructive code, spam or unlawful content;
- process data in a way that violates privacy, confidentiality, export-control, sanctions or intellectual-property laws;
- harass, threaten, exploit or harm people, including children;
- use the Service to create or facilitate unlawful surveillance, discrimination, fraud or other harmful activity; or
- misrepresent the Service, dFlowIQ Labs or your affiliation with either.
3. Production and data safety
Actions performed through the app, such as producing messages, changing schemas or connecting to production infrastructure, can affect your systems and data. Review connection targets, permissions and payloads before use. Use least-privilege credentials, protect backups and secrets, and follow your organisation's change-control and incident procedures. Test in non-production environments where appropriate.
4. AI-assisted features
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your context. Treat it as assistance, not an instruction or professional advice. Verify outputs before relying on them in production or security-sensitive decisions. You are responsible for selecting providers and for content you choose to share with them.
5. Children and vulnerable people
The Service is not designed for children and must not be used to target, profile, exploit or endanger children or vulnerable people. Parents, guardians or users who believe a child's personal data has been submitted without appropriate authority should contact us promptly.
6. Report a security issue
If you believe you found a vulnerability, report it privately to dflowiq.labs@cognizance-io.com. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue safely, avoid accessing unnecessary data, and do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it. We may ask for further information and will assess reports in good faith.
7. Enforcement and related notices
We may restrict access or take other appropriate action where use may create risk, breach these rules or violate law. These rules supplement the terms and app licence, privacy notice and cookie notice.
